• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  I sure do! Please keep in mind the risks of shipping internationally. The timeframe of your package arriving is extremely unpredictable as the US Postal Service only offers international tracking at an additional cost. Without tracking, I personally have no way of knowing where your package is or when it will arrive.

  Please see my terms and conditions for information about lost packages if you suspect your order is lost.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Domestic orders within the US should take anywhere from 3-5 business days to ship.
  International orders anywhere outside of the US should take anywhere between 2-5 weeks to ship.

  Currently, I am working on adding in-person pickup for customers able to make it in to Manhattan, NYC on weekdays!

• Terms and Conditions for damaged/lost orders

  Returns and exchanges are only applicable if your purchased product is badly damaged or lost.

  Badly damaged items only comply if:

  Prints..
  - mailing envelop arrives bent, wet, or crumpled, causing print inside to be damaged

  Acrylic Charms/Buttons..
  - package arrived damaged causing products inside to be cracked, chipped, scratched beyond ability of use.
  - package appears okay but the charms inside are cracked, chipped, scratched terribly.

  Lost package claims only comply if:

  Domestic US Mail:
  - package does not arrive after 2 weeks from mailing date, in which the customer must contact me through email about the concern. We will work something out or call the post office's parents.

  International Mail:
  - Package does not arrive after several weeks from mailing date, in which the customer must contact me through email about the concern and we will work something out or solve the mystery! :)

  ** I will not accept "lost package" claims more than 2 weeks past the latest expected arrival date. If claims are placed past this buffer, I cannot refund nor replace the order.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
